DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of them being placed. UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked as a small parcel which should be delivered within 2 to 4 working days following dispatch. We will email you shipping confirmation once we post your order. UK orders under £35 will be charged £3.19 for delivery and any orders over £35.00 will receive free second class delivery. 

By placing an order with Cuilean, you accept full responsibility for any local import taxes and fees. Please confirm with your local customs authority regarding import sales taxes and/or local customs duty taxes and fees prior to placing any orders with us.

Your local customs authority will likely notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control and we will not be held responsible for same.

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have provided at check out is incorrect. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address to ensure delivery of their order. We cannot be held responsible for any stolen deliveries from your property. 

 

Returns Policy

We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your accessories. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then a further 14 days for us to receive the return.

To return your order please email info@cuilean.co.uk including as much information as possible as to why you want to return the item(s) together with any relevant photographs. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with the returns address. Please ensure you include your order number and customer details in the parcel when returning same to us.

Only products returned in perfect condition, unused/unworn/free from pet hair and in their original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving return of your accessories. Once we have issued the refund, we have no control of when your bank will release the monies in to you account and in some cases it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account. Accepted refunds, will be credited to the original payment method.

You will be required to pay the return postage to ourselves for an accessory/accessories unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence.

If you choose to return your item using Royal Mail untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing during its return. 

 

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, please email us info@cuilean.co.uk using ‘Cancellation Request’ as the subject together with your order number to enable us prioritise your request before dispatching your order. 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can issue you a full refund including any postage paid. You will be notified via email if your request has been successful and any refunds will be made automatically to the original payment method. If your order has already been dispatched at the time of the cancellation request, you will be notified via email that your request has been unsuccessful. Incorrect Orders

In the unfortunate event that you receive any wrong items in your order, please contact us immediately via email, info@cuilean.co.uk, including your order number and details of the incorrect item received to enable us to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
