We would be obliged if you would be kind enough to note that no harness, collar, lead or pet accessory is indestructible and as such, it is the customers and/or owners responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for the dog wearing/using same.

 

Customers/owners must ensure that the products purchased are the correct size for the dog by utilising our size guide. We are not responsible for the incorrect size being purchased. Dog harnesses must fit at the neck and chest to be suitable. Customers/owners should ensure that the product fits correctly and does not cause the dog any discomfort. All dogs are different sizes and as such, our products may not fit your dog. Cuilean does not accept any responsibility for ill-fitting products and harm caused to your dog by this.

 

You should never leave dog accessories on your dog when they are unsupervised. 

 

We do not recommend our harnesses and collars for dogs that are excessive pullers or strong breeds as this will eventually cause tears in the item and as such, making it unfit for purpose. We don’t know your dog and never meet them and as such, it is fully the customer/owners discretion whether any accessory is suitable for the dog. It is the dog owners responsibility to check any products purchased from Cuilean for wear and tear and if you notice same, you should discontinue using the product immediately. Owners are responsible for any damage made to the products by the dog, from day to day wear and tear, misuse and/or from unsafe storage of products and as such, Cuilean accepts no responsibility for same.

 

We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the customer/owner or the dog.

 

We recommend hand washing all our products. Products should be left flat to dry naturally. Never put accessories in the tumble dryer due to plastic features and shrinkage. 

 

Cuilean accepts no legal responsibility for the use or misuse of any products sold.

 

All our products can change appearance in colour depending on the lighting and as such, they may look slightly different from photographs featured on our social media and website.
